My name is Luxemberg Rose Fronda, I was born and raised in the Philippines. I came to Darwin in December 2021 to study Certificate 3 and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.  

I chose to study in Darwin, Australia because they offer an excellent educational experience that makes a real difference compared to other countries. They provide a unique kind of education and a learning lifestyle that encourages students to be innovative, creative and think independently. 

The Northern Territory has a warm tropical climate, similar to the Philippines, that’s why living in Darwin feels so much like home to me.

Alana Kaye college encourages me to be innovative, creative and think independently on how to handle my future students.

In my one year and ten months of studying and working here in Darwin, I feel embraced by the local communities here which are incredible, friendly, inclusive and culturally aware. I have met a lot of good people throughout the length of staying here. Made some good friends from school and work that made a good environment for me.
