To be honest, the Northern Territory (NT) wasn’t my first choice, but I made my journey here after hearing from graduate employment outcomes leaders and international students. It's better this way, God always had a better plan for me and I am here, a proud Nepalese international student representing the NT as a Student Ambassador. 

Still, I remember my first day off the plane, on a journey all alone in this unknown land with mixed feelings of nervousness and excitement. During this past year, I have seen myself as proud and lucky to be here and can confidently recommend to my fellow Nepalese students to study here, in the amazing and historical land of NT. 

During my time in the NT, I attended many events as a participant, guest, volunteer, ambassador, and mentor. This includes the CDU IT code fair, Gov Hack NT, Kindness Shake, and many more. The people and the team have always been my family. I found my passion here in engaging in social events, learning new things, adopting to the cultures of different nationalities, and enjoying the unique wildlife, Aboriginal culture, and outdoor activities.
