Meet Synthia Islam
Hello, my name is Synthia Islam and I am studying Masters of Information Technology at Charles Darwin University.
I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology, Bangladesh and then spend over a decade working at Samsung research specialising in mobile and wearable technologies. My journey has been shaped by a profound realisation – the importance of integrating technological expertise with global advancements and embracing diverse cultures. This realisation motivated me to enrol in the Master of Information Technology program at Charles Darwin University which is renowned for its extensive experience in IT training.
Beyond the realm of technology, I find joy in exploring the natural wonders of our world. The Northern Territory of Australia, with its vibrant landscapes and captivating scenery, holds a special place in my heart. Immersing myself in the beauty of nature allows me to find inspiration and rejuvenation amidst life's challenges.
I am grateful to Study in Australia's Northern Territory for awarding me this scholarship, which will help me achieve my dream and create more opportunities in the future.
