Antonio's Kitchen - Australia
A small café in Knuckey Lagoon, Antonio’s Kitchen has employed 12 international cookery students in the past year, training them with essential kitchen and cookery skills and creating a supportive team environment.
The owner and chef Antonio helps students create a menu inspired by their cultural dish. Working with international students, the business also made and donated 250 mooncakes to Chung Wah Society Darwin during the 2023 Moon Festival for fundraising.
Antonio’s Kitchen has been nominated by its international student employee for its dedication to elevating early-career cookery students.
