Join nutrition experts Linda Conder and Laura Thiele, for a hands-on workshop designed for international students. Participants will learn the basics of nutrition, with a focus on how diet impacts gut health, energy, and mental clarity. 

Through interactive discussions and practical advice, this workshop empowers international students to make informed food choices that support their gut health, academic success, and overall well-being. 

Students will also receive practical tips on navigating meal planning, and preparing budget-friendly, nutritious meals and snacks on a busy schedule.
