International Student Wellbeing Program: Transportation, vehicles and driving licence
The Australian Vietnamese Family Association is holding a transportation, vehicles and driving licence session for international students on Saturday 1 March from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at the Casuarina Library meeting room.
If you're new to Darwin and need some helpful tips on buying a car, learning to drive or maintaining your vehicle, this workshop is for you!
The workshop will include:
1. Instructions on how to take the driving licence exam, learning about the registration process at MVR (Motor Vehicle Registry) and the DriveSafe NT program
2. Information about trusted mechanics and driving instructors, car maintenance tips, and AVFA’s exclusive Vehicle Rescue Program (ESP) for emergencies.
Whether you're a beginner to driving or planning to buy a vehicle, this is a great opportunity to equip yourself and your family with the necessary knowledge!
This event is proudly sponsored by the Northern Territory Government through the Study NT International Student Wellbeing Grants Program.
