Applications open for Study NT International Student Accommodation Grant

Study NT is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the Study NT International Student Accommodation Grant, designed to help international students settle into life and study in the Northern Territory.

What’s on offer?

Successful applicants will receive AUD $1,000 towards accommodation fees at either UniLodge Darwin or CDU Village Casuarina, located on-campus at Charles Darwin University (CDU).

Who can apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • be an international student relocating from interstate or overseas
  • hold a valid student visa (subclass 500)
  • have an offer of admission and evidence of enrolment with an NT education and training provider
  • commence studies in the NT before 1 June 2026
  • not already live in the NT at the time of applying
  • not hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • not have received the UniLodge 2026 International High Achievers Accommodation Scholarship.

Please note:

  • courses must be accredited and at least 24 weeks in duration; and
  • couples and dependents are not eligible for this grant.
