In December last year, I made one of the bravest decisions of my journey so far, stepping into a new role as a Creative Designer. While it may seem unrelated to my studies, it became a space where I learned how to express ideas, connect people, and tell meaningful stories. I am still learning every day, but I am proud of the path I am building, particularly as part of an incredible team that was recognised with the Northern Territory (NT) Digital Excellence Award.

When I first arrived in the NT, I was welcomed with genuine kindness, encouragement, and real opportunities to grow. Being part of the NT’s active youth community showed me the power of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.

Outside of my studies and work, I enjoy learning new languages (my Duolingo streak is 1,650 days and counting), discovering new things, and getting to know new mates. I like to think that if each person’s story were a page in my book, I would keep writing hundreds, if not thousands, until I no longer could.

As a Study NT Student Ambassador, I want to give back by sharing real student experiences and helping others feel supported and confident in the NT. If you are finding your way too, I would love to walk this journey with you.
