My journey in Australia started 2 years ago as a Work and Holiday maker. Living in Melbourne for the first four months, I was fascinated by Australia but Victoria didn't really feel like home. In April 2023 I decided to move to Darwin to complete my regional work and simply fell in love with the Northern Territory. After working here for 8 months, I decided to settle in Darwin and started my studies in Civil Construction Design, as this is an area I'm familiar with.

Darwin is the place that has provided me with all the opportunities I needed to grow, not only professionally but also personally. The friendliness of the people that live here, combined with the great sunny weather across most of the year creates a great atmosphere, which made me passionate about calling this place home.

Nowadays, in addition to my studies I am working as a Lifeguard/Customer Service Coordinator at the Aqua Park and Wave Lagoon Kiosk. In my free time, I enjoy practicing different sports such as basketball, swimming, running and gym workouts, hanging out with my friends and cooking. 

Sports hold a very important place in my life. It helps me not only have a healthy lifestyle but also provide discipline and consistency, which have become guiding principles for me. I also love to spend time out in the sun and nature, and Darwin is one of the best places in Australia for it. 

I truly hope my story inspire others to study and live in the Northern Territory and experience its welcoming community and lifestyle. It is an exceptional place to live, study, work and develop, surrounded by people that are always willing to help each other.
