Hari Prasad Sharma from Nepal graduated from International House Business College and has since demonstrated a remarkable career journey after completing his studies in the NT. 

Hari, Co-founder and Managing Director of Skillaroo, a start-up dedicated to helping international students and graduates become employable, has been instrumental in supporting students and graduates as they navigate the job market, providing them with guidance and resources. 

Before establishing Skillaroo, Hari built a strong foundation as an Accountant and Business Consultant, working with several accounting firms. 

Hari’s expertise and industry recognition were further highlighted when he was selected as a Judge for the WorldSkills Competition (Business Services), organised by ISAC NT and WorldSkills Australia. 

Hari is an Executive Member of the Nepalese Association of Northern Territory (NANT) and serves as Project Lead for the association’s programs related to education, employment and entrepreneurship. 

He is guiding international students on their career paths as part of the CDU Mentorship Program, and in 2021 he joined the Study NT Ambassador Program to promote the Northern Territory as a study destination for international students.
