Meet Ali Dhirani

Ali Dhirani, originally from Tanzania, graduated from Charles Darwin University in 2019. Ali has demonstrated commitment to the Territory community through delivering training for PALM workers and first nations communities, bridging critical education and skills gaps. Through SAMAF Consultants and Top End Maintenance, he has created pathways for international students, migrants, asylum seekers, and victims of domestic violence to find secure employment and build better lives in the NT.

 

His efforts have promoted the Territory as a place where individuals from diverse backgrounds can study, work, and thrive. What began with a desk in his living room has grown into a thriving consultancy and social enterprise employing more than 30 staff and contractors across NT, NSW, and VIC.

His commitment to social impact has positioned the NT as a model for inclusion and innovation, where international students and migrants can see tangible pathways to success.
