Meet Hriday Nayyar
Over the past 12 months, Hriday has been a great asset to the international student community and has shown his support in many ways, including welcoming newly arrived international students at the annual Study NT Welcome Reception, organising a trip to Berry Springs for students to unwind, assisting Volunteering NT at the National Student Volunteer Week, and introducing students to volunteering opportunities across the Territory.
In his role with Young Professionals Rotaract NT, Hriday led the FinSmart program, explaining the Australian financial systems to newly arrived international students.
Hriday established the CDU Indian Student Forum, where he became a key advocate for Indian students in representing their cultures and rituals.
Hriday also co-led the Jump Start 2024 program, helping international students obtain their driving licenses in NT.
