Ruizhe, originally from China, finished his Master of Teaching with Charles Darwin University (CDU) in December 2021.

Ruizhe volunteers for many local organisations, including Red Cross, Kindness Shake, The Smith Family and Northern Territory Major Events Company.

Ruizhe was a 2020 Inclusion Officer at CDU Student Council, 2021 Study NT Student Ambassador and 2021 member of the NT Youth Round Table.
