Food for Thought - 21 May
Linda Conder, Gut Health Specialist, is hosting another engaging, hands-on nutrition workshop tailored specifically for international students. Led by Associate Nutritionist Laura Thiele, this session will explore the basics of nutrition, with a focus on how diet can support gut health, energy levels, and mental clarity — all key to staying healthy and focused throughout your studies.
Through interactive discussions and practical advice, you’ll learn how to:
- Eat well on a student budget
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks
- Make informed food choices that support academic success and overall well-being
The workshop also includes free refreshments and a food demonstration, where you’ll get to make your own take-home breakfast to fuel your morning the next day.
This is a relaxed, supportive space to connect, learn, and leave with tools that actually work for student life.
