Sailing Over Seas | 3, 10, 17 and 24 September
Learn from qualified instructors and become a sailing expert with the Darwin Sailing Club Training Academy! Sessions will run every Tuesday in September and to finish off each week, there will be a free BBQ as the sun sets.
Vietnamese Lantern Festival | 7 September
Immerse yourself in an enchanting Vietnamese cultural celebration with a gorgeous lantern lights and fireworks display, lotus lantern release, traditional performances, authentic Vietnamese food and much more!

Darwin Kite Festival | 20 and 21 September
Get ready to be blown away as hundreds of giant, colourful and mesmerising kites take over our beautiful blue skies on the Cullen Bay Lawns. There will also be plenty of action on the ground with kite decorating workshops and live entertainment. Make sure to order your kite beforehand to participate in the public fly zone!

Darwin International Film Festival (DIFF) | 12-22 September
This one is for all you movie buffs! Showcasing 50 films from over 20 countries, DIFF celebrates the best of cinema from all around the world, reflecting the vibrant diversity of the Darwin community. With a focus on South-East Asian cinema, Northern Australia and Indigenous stories, the festival boasts a unique film program highlighting the incredible talent emerging from the region.
