2024 China Annual Conference and Expo

Study NT travelled to China to attend one of the largest international education events in the Asia-Pacific, showcasing the Northern Territory as a premier study destination of choice. We were pleased to exhibit at the 2024 China Annual Conference and Expo for International Education (CACIE) in Guangzhou, Chengdu and Beijing from 24 October to 3 November along with Charles Darwin University. 

The theme of CACIE 2024 was Education for All, the Unknown and the Future. CACIE is one of the largest and leading international education events in Asia-Pacific, providing a platform for the sharing of key insights, best practices and innovative solutions to shape the future of international education in the region. The expo provided a valuable opportunity to establish connections and forge new partnerships with Chinese recruitment agents, school counsellors and industry stakeholders.

Our team engaged with over 700 students, parents, agents and education institutions and got the opportunity to promote the Northern Territory's quality education providers, study opportunities, scholarships and grants, accommodation options and lifestyle. 

We were honoured to join representatives from 18 countries at the opening ceremony of the conference where we engaged with decision-makers, key influencers, global professionals, and industry practitioners and heard from a variety of speakers about the future challenges and opportunities of international education in China and across the Asia-Pacific.
