Elnaz is from Iran and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Charles Darwin University.
Her pharmaceutical research has led to innovative skincare products inspired by the rich biodiversity of Australian native plants.
During her studies, she worked as a lab demonstrator, volunteered for the Royal Australian Chemical Institute NT and played a vital role in leading activities for the NT Science Week.
Dr. Elnaz is now working as a Molecular Scientist and Biotechnologist at the Northern Territory Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
