Meet Jackadder International

Founded in Darwin a decade ago, Jackadder International is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) consulting company that believes talent knows no borders. While helping organisations deliver digital transformation across Australia, Jackadder has made a deliberate investment in international student talent over the past five years through employment, internships, mentoring, and graduate pathways. 

What began with a single international graduate in 2021 has evolved into a strong commitment to creating career opportunities, fostering inclusion, and building a sense of belonging for students choosing to make the Northern Territory home. 

Today, with a workforce of 70 employees representing more than 20 nationalities, Jackadder continues to create pathways for international students while contributing to a diverse, skilled, and future-focused workforce.
