As President of the African Student Forum at CDU, Billy led the organisation of the first African cultural event at Parliament House on African Day 2024. 

Billy has volunteered with the Vinnies – Emergency Relief Taskforce, the Red Cross Connected Women’s program, the National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre (NCCTRC), and the National Student Volunteer Week 2024. 

Billy's ability to overcome challenges, lead meaningful initiatives and create inclusive spaces highlights her commitment to social work.
