Meet Julian
I arrived in Melbourne in 2019 to learn English and I have accomplished this even through the current circumstances we face. I am from Colombia and back in my country I studied electrical engineering and I worked for a couple of years before adventuring to this beautiful country. I chose Australia because it is a country that welcomes international students very well, good education, and quality of life and has a great cultural variety. Now I am looking for new opportunities and experiences in a different part of Australia, and that is why Darwin is the city where I want to continue my story.
Studying English was the first step of the journey and now I can study the Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control. This course equips me with tools and skills for applying the physics and mathematics of electricity, electromagnetism, and electronics to large- and small-scale systems. It will enable me to pursue my dream of contributing to the improvement of my society by building sustainable and ingenious solutions that will increase the level of development of my country, Colombia.
