Meet Rosie Nguyen
Rosie Nguyen, who grew up in Vietnam, visited Darwin in 2019 and after falling in love with the Territory decided to pursue her Master of Information System and Data Science with Charles Darwin University.
Rosie is the president of the Yoga Lifestyle Club arranging yoga classes for students and staff at CDU and the secretary of the CDU Vietnamese Student Association.
As a 2022 Study NT Student Ambassador she helped organise many events and took part in various campaigns promoting the NT as an ideal study destination.
Rosie is also a 2021 and 2022 CDU IT Code Fair Ambassador and co-organised this year’s event.
CDU have awarded Rosie with the academic excellence recognition for each semester she studied and also engaged her as a tutor for one of the study units, to assist her fellow IT students.
