Congratulations Sunday - International Vocational Student of the Year

On Saturday 21 September, Ahad Hussain Mishu (Sunday) took out the annual StudyNT International Vocational Student of the Year award as part of the Northern Territory Training Awards (NTTA).

StudyNT would like to congratulate all the nominees, finalists and winners of the awards, but in particular Sunday who was presented the International Vocational Student of the Year award by the Minister for Education and Workforce Training, the Honourable Selena Uibo MLA.

This award officially recognises an individual’s excellence and achievements in gaining the highest standards of knowledge and skills, in contributing to high standards of training and for personal achievement in the vocational education and training sector whilst studying with a Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students provider.

Sunday is from Bangladesh and has successfully completed a Certificate IV in Hospitality and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality from the International College of Advanced Education. Sunday is currently studying a Bachelors in Humanitarian and Community Development Studies at Charles Darwin University.

Congratulations also goes to the first runner-up in this category, Sharon Wu. Sharon is studying a Certificate IV in Building Design Drafting at Charles Darwin University.
