Come along to a mental health and wellbeing workshop at the Darwin Student Hub!

Supported by the Northern Territory Government’s International Student Wellbeing Grants, the Council of International Students Australia will be hosting a mental health and wellbeing workshop at the Darwin Student Hub, 27 Smith Street Mall on Wednesday 26 September from 4pm until 6pm.

It’s very normal to feel sad or anxious at some point during your life. While these issues can often be resolved with the help of family and friends, they can sometimes develop into ongoing mental health difficulties.

Specialists from headspace Darwin will be at the workshop to give insight into two of the most commonly diagnosed mental health difficulties: anxiety and depression. So come and join us for an open and honest discussion about depression, anxiety and how we can look out for others around us.

Places are limited, for more information and to register go to Eventbrite website.
